  1. I loved it! I would suggest letting the bottles/keg age a few weeks to let the cucumber flavor continue to meld with the beer. I sampled it several times throughout the aging process, and found that it tasted the best after a month of conditioning. Let me know if you decide to make some. One of my favorite recipes by far.

    1. Thanks!!! I am going to do a Cucumber Watermelon Cream Ale so I’m doing some tweaking here and there…I find Cucumber beers so yummy and refreshing, can’t wait to see how it turns out!
