Personally I infuse my mayonnaise with hops then infuse my hopped mayonnaise with Worcestershire sauce for triple infusion of delicate beef broth and dairy notes.
I’ll be brewing up a batch of this tonight, it’s similar to one I made last spring and it was fantastic.
